About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing residential design-build landscaping company in the South Metro seeking a Landscape Production Manager to oversee construction and maintenance operations. This leadership position is responsible for managing field production, project execution, employee development, job costing, equipment coordination, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead landscape construction and maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage crew leaders and field employees, including labor, equipment, and production schedules
  • Coordinate project execution with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Monitor project progress, quality, profitability, and job costing
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop field staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth and accountability
  • Coordinate material procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance coordination, and DOT compliance
  • Implement and maintain company safety programs and procedures
  • Support operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead winter snow operations, including staffing, dispatching, scheduling, and execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of landscape construction, hardscape, excavation, sitework, or related industry experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience leading field crews
  • Strong understanding of landscape construction methods, materials, equipment, and installation practices
  • Experience with scheduling, labor planning, job costing, and project execution
  • Knowledge of safety programs, equipment management, and field operations
  • Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop employees
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using business software and project management tools
  • Ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 30 days of hire
